BEING A CARRIER OF THE GLORY!

WE CAN CHANGE THE ATMOSPHERE IN ANY SITUATION AND LEAVE A DIVINE   IMPRESSION WITH THE PEOPLE YOU MEET WHEN YOU REALIZE YOU ARE A CARRIER OF THE GLORY OF GOD.   

PSALMS 84: 11.  For the Lord God is a sun and shield: the Lord will give grace and glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly.

1.) GLORY= NUMEROUS, RICH, HONORABLE, ABOUNDING WITH, VERY GREAT, TO LAY HEAVILY UPON, TO PREVAIL, TO MAKE SELF MANY.  THE PRESENCE AND THE POWER OF GOD. (THE ANOINTING)

2 Corinthians 3:18  All of us have uncovered faces; we reflect the same glory. It comes from the Spirit of the Lord. With one glory after another, we are being changed to look more like him                                               -- New American Standard

2 Corinthians 3:18 But we all, with unveiled face beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as from the Lord, the Spirit.

2 Corinthians 3:18  But we Christians have no veil over our faces; we can be mirrors that brightly reflect the glory of the Lord. And as the Spirit of the Lord works within us, we become more and more like him.

   A.) GOD’S GLORY COMES TO CHANGE US.

             1.) TO MAKE US MORE LIKE HIM.    

   B.) IN THE PROCESS OF CHANGE GOD MULTIPLIES HIS PRESENCE WITHIN US AND AS A RESULT; HIS GLORY [POWER & PRESENCE] BECOMES SO GREAT, AND REAL IN OUR LIVES THAT PEOPLE  CAN SENSE GOD’S PRESENCE.

   C.) PEOPLE CAN SENSE GOD’S PRESENCE IN OUR PRESENCE!

              1.) HE OVERWHELMS US WITH HIMSELF. HE OVERFLOWS HIS PRESENCE IN OUR LIVES, TO THE POINT THAT IT BECOMES EVIDENT TO OTHERS.

              2.) WE BECOME SPIRIT POSSESSED!

2.) GOD DESIRES THAT WE CARRY HIS PRESENCE INTO THE WORLD.

PSALMS 72:19.  And blessed be his glorious name for ever: and let the whole earth be filled with his glory; Amen, and Amen.

   A.) THE EARTH WILL BE FILLED WITH GLORY WHEN WE REALIZE THE GLORY IS IN US AND MUST BE RELEASED THROUGH US.

PSALMS 8: 4.  What is man, that thou art mindful of him? and the son of man, that thou visitest him?

 5.  For thou hast made him a little lower than the angels, and hast crowned him with glory and honour.

   A.) WE WILL BE USED IN UNUSUAL WAYS.

   B.) GOD IS LOOKING FOR A WAY TO GET OUT OF CHURCH AND INTO THE STREETS, INTO THE HOMES OF THE LOST. GOD WILL NOT BE CONTAINED!

3.) AS WE YIELD TO GOD HE WILL RELEASE HIS GLORY THROUGH US TO THOSE AROUND US  TO DELIVER THEM FROM SIN, SICKNESS AND SUFFERING!

PSALMS 96:3.  Declare his glory among the heathen, his wonders among all people.

4.) BEFORE WE CAN CARRY HIM INTO THE WORLD WE MUST ALLOW HIM TO OVERFLOW

IN US!  

EPHESIANS 3:16.  That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man...[ RICHES OVERFLOWING]

5.) THE OVERFLOW WILL COME WHEN YOU CREATE A PATH FOR THE GLORY.

   A.) THE PATH OF HIS GLORY INTO YOU IS THE DESIRE OF YOUR HEART. OUR HEARTS MUST CRY, “MORE OF YOUR GLORY LORD”

PSALMS 63: 1.  O God, thou art my God; early will I seek thee: my soul thirsteth for thee, my flesh longeth for thee in a dry and thirsty land, where no water is;

 2.  To see thy power and thy glory...

   B.) THE PATH FOR HIS GLORY OUT OF YOU IS THE PERSON WITH THE NEED. WHEN YOU SEEK FOR THE NEED! GOD WILL SUPPLY THE GLORY WHEN WE LOOK FOR A PATH INTO SOMEONE’S LIFE TO MEET A NEED.

PSALMS 97: 6.  The heavens declare his righteousness, and all the people see his glory.

ROMANS 9: 23.  And that he might make known the riches of his glory on the vessels of mercy,                      [ VESSELS WHICH HAVE RECEIVED MERCY] which he had afore prepared unto glory,

 24.  Even us, whom he hath called, not of the Jews only, but also of the Gentiles?

6.) THE DEGREE TO WHICH ALLOW THE GLORY TO OVERFLOW IN YOU WILL BE THE DEGREE TO WHICH THE GLORY CAN FLOW OUT OF YOU, THROUGH YOU!

7.) BEGIN TO EXPECT THE RELEASE OF MIGHTY DEMONSTRATIONS OF THE GLORY TO FLOW THROUGH OUR LIVES TO A NEED.

   A.) TANGIBLE DEMONSTRATIONS TO THE WORLD! [ A WORLD WITHOUT HIM]
